Taxa de Cobrança
- 🇩🇪 Germany — The Mahnverfahren is one of Europe's most efficient payment order systems. EUR 32 to file. 14 days to object. If the debtor stays silent, you hold an enforceable title. Most German debtors do not stay silent — they pay.
- 🇫🇷 France — French commercial law requires a mise en demeure before any court action can proceed. It is not optional. It is not a suggestion. It is Article 1344 of the Code civil. Skip it, and your court filing is void. We do not skip it.
- 🇮🇹 Italy — Italian commercial debt collection requires patience, cultural intelligence, and a decreto ingiuntivo that most foreign agencies have never heard of — let alone filed. Our Milan team has filed thousands.
- 🇪🇸 Spain — Spanish commercial law provides the procedimiento monitorio — a fast-track payment order with no upper claim limit and minimal court fees. It is devastatingly effective. If Spanish debtors knew how easy it is to use, they would pay their invoices on time.
- 🇬🇧 the United Kingdom — English commercial law is creditor-friendly by design. The Pre-Action Protocol sets clear expectations. The County Court or High Court follows if those expectations are not met. Statutory interest at base rate plus 8%. The system works — if you know how to use it.
- 🇳🇱 the Netherlands — The Dutch Kort Geding is one of Europe's fastest court procedures. A summary judgement in under four weeks. Statutory commercial interest runs at 8% above the ECB refinancing rate — every day your debtor stalls, the debt grows. Dutch companies understand this arithmetic. Most settle before you reach the courtroom door.
- 🇨🇭 Switzerland — Swiss debt enforcement starts with a single form: the Betreibungsbegehren. Filed at the local Betreibungsamt for CHF 100 or less, it triggers an official Zahlungsbefehl — a payment order served by a federal officer. The debtor has 20 days to object. No court involved. No lawyer required. In Switzerland, the state does the knocking for you.
- 🇵🇱 Poland — Poland's Elektroniczne Postępowanie Upominawcze (EPU) is a fully digital payment order system. File online. Court reviews within days. If the debtor does not oppose within two weeks, you hold a Nakaz Zapłaty — an enforceable title, issued without a single hearing. Poland built a fast lane for creditors. We know how to use it.
- 🇸🇪 Sweden — The Swedish Kronofogden is not a court. It is a government authority with the power to issue enforceable payment orders, seize assets, and execute judgements — all without a judge. File a Betalningsföreläggande for SEK 300. If the debtor stays silent for 15 days, the Kronofogden issues a verdict. Sweden's enforcement machine answers to no one but the law.
- 🇹🇷 Türkiye — Turkish enforcement begins with the İcra Müdürlüğü — the execution office. File an İcra Takibi and the debtor receives an Ödeme Emri: a formal payment order backed by state authority. Seven days to pay or object. Turkish commercial law gives creditors teeth. The İcra ve İflas Kanunu has been enforcing debts since 1932. It has not gone soft.
- 🇦🇪 the UAE — The UAE operates two legal universes: the onshore courts under federal civil law, and the DIFC/ADGM common-law courts with English-language proceedings and internationally enforceable judgements. A bounced cheque in the UAE is not an embarrassment — it is a criminal offence under Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2020. The Emirates do not tolerate debtors. Neither do we.
- 🇧🇷 Brazil — Brazilian law gives creditors a weapon most jurisdictions do not: the Duplicata. A trade bill that, once protested at the Cartório de Protesto, becomes a Título Executivo Extrajudicial — an enforceable title without a court judgement. File an Ação de Execução and go straight to asset seizure. Brazil's courts are slow. But with the right title, you skip the queue.
- 🇺🇸 United States — The United States is not one jurisdiction. It is fifty. Each state has its own court system, its own statute of limitations, its own judgement enforcement rules, and its own debtor protection laws. Federal law adds the FDCPA and state-level equivalents on top. Collecting a debt in Texas is nothing like collecting a debt in New York. We operate in all fifty states — and we know the difference.
- 🇦🇺 Australia — Under Section 459E of the Corporations Act, a Statutory Demand gives the debtor 21 days to pay or face a presumption of insolvency. No court hearing. No judgement required. Just a correctly served demand and a deadline. If the debtor fails to comply, you can petition to wind up the company. In Australia, that threat alone recovers most debts.
- 🇨🇳 China — Document-driven, procedure-heavy, and very much winnable — if you play the Chinese rulebook with forensic discipline.
- 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia — Sharia-grounded, digitally enforced, and highly effective when you pull the right levers.
- 🇰🇼 Kuwait — Gulf-grade collection with court tools that actually bite.
