— Communication records: emails, messages, and call notes related to your case

— To assess and process your debt collection case (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — contractual necessity)
— To communicate with you about your case (legitimate interest)
— To improve our services and website (legitimate interest)
— To comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
— Our vetted legal partners in the relevant jurisdiction (to work your case)
— Our technology providers (hosting, email, analytics — all GDPR-compliant)
— Regulatory authorities (if required by law)
We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT share it with marketing companies. We do NOT share it with anyone not directly involved in your case.
5. DATA RETENTION
— Active case data: retained for the duration of the case + 6 years (UK limitation period)
— Marketing enquiries: retained for 2 years unless you request deletion
— Website analytics: anonymised after 26 months
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact privacy@interstation.com.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the EEA where our legal partners operate. We ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
