    INTERSTATION TERMS OF SERVICE

    1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms govern your use of interstation.com and any services provided by InterStation ("we," "us"), registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

    2. OUR SERVICES

InterStation provides international B2B debt collection services including: amicable collection, legal escalation, debtor investigation, and enforcement. Services are provided under individual case agreements that specify fees, scope, and terms.

    3. CASE SUBMISSION

By submitting a case, you confirm: (a) the information provided is accurate, (b) you have authority to instruct collection on behalf of the creditor, (c) the debt is a legitimate commercial obligation. We reserve the right to decline any case.

    4. FEES

Our standard fee model is success-based: a percentage of collected amounts, agreed before case acceptance. Court filing fees and third-party legal costs are quoted separately and require your explicit approval. If we collect nothing, you owe nothing โ€” except pre-approved court costs.

    5. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

    โ€” Provide accurate case information

โ€” Notify us of any direct payments received from the debtor

โ€” Notify us of any disputes, legal proceedings, or insolvency events affecting the debtor

โ€” Not instruct another collection agent on the same debt during our engagement

    6. OUR OBLIGATIONS

โ€” Act professionally and in compliance with applicable laws

โ€” Provide regular case updates through your client portal

โ€” Obtain your approval before incurring costs on your behalf

โ€” Remit collected funds within 14 business days of receipt

    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in connection with the relevant case. We are not liable for: uncollectable debts, debtor insolvency, currency fluctuations, or delays caused by courts or third parties.

    8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All case information is treated as confidential. We do not disclose your identity or case details to any party other than the debtor (as necessary for collection) and our legal partners working the case.

    9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Cases with active legal proceedings require completion of the legal phase. Fees remain payable on any amounts collected after termination that resulted from our prior efforts.
